We will contact you as soon as possible.
Our only website is ibelink.co and we only sell through our website. We will never ask you to send a cryptocurrency payment through a Facebook page, Skype contact, or any other method! We know someone on Facebook is impersonating our company. We have instituted a Copyright infringement claim and have requested that Facebook remove this site.
We do not have official resellers and do not make recommendations about resellers. We urge you to purchases only from sources you trust. We do our best to protect customers from illegitimate companies but are limited in what we can say and do. If you sign up for our Waiting List we will inform you when we are selling miners.
We ship worldwide to all countries, with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, Pakistan, India, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and Venezuela. Customers from Russia can work with an import/export agent located in China to arrange purchases. Sorry, we do not provide the names of those import/export agents, but you can find them using dash.org and bitcointalk.org forums, or with a search engine.
Sorry, we are out of stock now and we do not know when stock will be available. We do not have DM22G pricing yet. We do not have a method to reserve miners for you. Please make sure you are on our Waiting List and configure your email settings to allow for emails from ibelink.co. Watch for our emails and check our website for any updates.
Purchases of under 100 units will be placed at www.ibelink.co with Dash or Bitcoin. We recommend Dash for payment because the network is faster and more reliable in completing the order. Our official website is iBeLink.co. Websites using ibelink with other domain extensions may be attempting to defraud you. We do not sell by asking for a cryptocurrency payment to a wallet address. We will never contact you to make a purchase in this manner.
Our shipping process requires lead time and detailed planning. You are not allowed to make a shipping address change after you place your order. If you request a shipping address change after placing your order, you risk the cancellation of your order. If your order is shipped and you are not able to receive it, you will be charged for all the shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
Your order will be shipped from our manufacturing facility in China. Worldwide shipping transit time is normally one to two weeks. You must be available to receive your order, pay all customs fees, and work with the customs process in your country. We are not able to provide an exact shipping date. When the order is shipped we will send you an email. Please configure your email settings to allow email from the ibelink.co domain.
Our customs documents will provide a definition of the unit and the sales price you paid. We are not able to modify this information. We are unable to provide any shipping modification requests at all.
We accept payment with Dash or bitcoin only. We recommend Dash for payment because their network is faster and more reliable in completing the order. The Bitcoin network can take 24 hours or more to process a payment which can result in your order not being finalized. We recommend you use a popular wallet such as the Dash Core, Bitcoin Core, or Electrum wallet for your purchase. If you pay using an exchange such as Kraken or Poloniex, please make sure you manually add the exchange transaction fee to the payment. Otherwise, you will underpay and the purchase will not be finalized.
On the Home page on the right hand side fill in the Waiting List form. We will send you an email with any new important information.
Most of your questions about our products will be answered in the Specification and Operation Guide. You will find the guide in Product Support.
Please check the Support section on this FAQ page for other technical questions.
If you still have questions, please open a Support Ticket.
No, you don’t need to wait for replacement boards before you can resume mining. Our modular design allows you to remove the bad board and after re-arranging the good boards starting from Col1, continue to mine. This applies also to replacing bad blades. The mining machine will continue to function to minimize downtime. Please note that the circuit boards must be ordered starting from Col1 to function correctly.
You will need to apply non-conductive thermal grease to the back of the board. We recommend using Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Paste. Three important spots that must be applied are behind the 2 computing chips near the screw hole in the middle of the board and another chip near the power connector. See picture below:
In rare cases, the actual problem is from the circuit board preceding the one you have taken out. Try taking the preceding board out and test again.
Test if the PSU is causing the issue by unplugging all the blades and see if the PSU will power up on its own. Reconnect the blades and check the power connections are securely plugged in.
If after powering on the mining machine the LEDs on the front do not light up after 1 minute, there may be an issue with the network connection. Check that the Ethernet cable is securely connected, both inside the mining machine and outside to your network. If still not working, there may be an issue with the SD card. You will need to reimage the card.
There are no issues if you are missing 1 or 2 capacitors on the panel board, the mining machine will continue to function normally. The panel board will need to be replaced if you are missing too many capacitors.
First, check for loose connections. Loose cable connections can be checked by unplugging and securely replugging the cable. Remove the screws holding the panel board to the circuit boards; remove the panel board and reconnect it to the circuit boards a few times. If you are still not detecting all 4 blades, there might be an issue with a blade. Follow the Single Blade Test Guide to troubleshoot further.
When you get a high H/W, such as 70% or higher, try rebooting the machine. If after rebooting and mining for about 15 minutes you are still getting a high H/W, there might be an issue with a chip on the blade. Follow the Single Blade Test Guide to troubleshoot further.
If the “Chips Map” shows less than 16 chips, try rebooting the machine. The mining machine may have not accurately detected the number of chips. If you are still getting less than a count of 16 after rebooting, there is an issue with the blade. Follow the Single Blade Test Guide to troubleshoot further.
The PLL is auto-controlled according to the temperature detected on the board. This is to prevent chips from being damaged in hot environments.
